Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus Overview
Redmi Note 12 Pro plus launch date has been officially revealed by the company on Twitter. The phones will debut in the country on January 5th, 2023, and will succeed the Redmi Note 11 Pro. Xiaomi India has also confirmed the Redmi Note 12 Pro+, which is the top-end variant in the series, will come with a 200MP primary camera. While the official teaser image only mentions Redmi Note 12 Pro+, the Redmi Note 12 and Note 12 Pro are expected to be announced on the same date.
Xiaomi’s Redmi Note series has proven highly successful. It just crossed the 300 million units shipped mark, of those 72 million went to India. Anyway, the new models will certainly add to the tally, but we will have to wait a few weeks until we get details like prices and shipping dates. A staggered release is possible, it’s what happened with the Note 11 series earlier this year.
