Google Maps is going to get a new homescreen widget that will let the Android users to start navigation faster. The new update is part of the Google releasing the new widgets for its main apps like Google Phone, YouTube Music, Calculator, Google Keep and Clock with the introduction of stable version of Android 12. The new widget of Google Map will be equipped with a search bar, shortcuts to nearby stores and the most visited locations for instantly beginning route navigation.

The search widget appears to be supporting the dynamic theming on devices running on Android 12 of colours. If you are using Android 11, the app will use blue accent colours like Google’s other widgets. The new Google Maps search widget is similar to two iOS widgets which were released earlier in July. The first widget lets the users to check the nearby restaurants or the gas stations easily with just few taps. It also shows the shop opening times as well as restaurants reviews. The users of iOS can add the widgets directly by tapping Edit in the Today View or pressing the + icon in the editing mode on the homescreen.

Xiaomi has come up with an updated version of Black Shark 4 lineup with the Black Shark 4s and 4s Pro. Both of these phones will be upgraded to Snapdragon 888+ which is ahead of Snapdragon 888. Black Shark 4s will also get limited edition of Gundam model. Apart from these, the two phones are exactly similar to the originals.

It will get 6.67” E4 AMOLED panel on these phones with 1080p resolution, 720Hz touch sampling rate and 144GHz refresh rate. It has also brought down the input delay to 8.3ms for enhanced gaming performance. The original Black Shark 4 phones has a chipset difference but the S models share same Snapdragon 888+. You will also get 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and when it comes to camera, it has got a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera as well as a 2MP depth sensor. Both of the phones have been equipped with 20MP selfie cameras but 4s Pro has a 64MP main camera. Both of these phones have got 4,500mAh battery cell with 120W fast charging support.

Honor 50 is the first phone from Honor after it has split from Huawei. This phone was launched in China in June 2020 and now before the global launch, the company has a very good news for its consumers i.e. this phone will have Google Mobile Services before the end of 2021. Honor 50 will launch in Europe on 26^th October.

If rumors are to be believed than the upcoming Oppo Reno 7 Pro will be equipped with Sony IMX766 50-MP camera sensor. It is reported that Oppo Reno 7 series will be equipped with better camera performance compared to Oppe Reno 6 and Oppo Reno 6 Pro. Oppo Reno 6 Pro+, Reno 6 Pro with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870G and Oppo Find X3 Pro use Sony IMX766 sensor. Rumors are that it is the same smartphone which Oppo is planning to co-develop with Kodak.

This smartphone is being developed to pay tribute to classic Kodak camera design. It will also be equipped with 2 telephoto cameras and 3-megapixel microscope cameras like Oppo Find X3 Pro. When we compared it Oppo 6 Pro which was empowered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. This variant is equipped with 1 / 2.0-inch 64MP OmniVision OV64B sensor with 0.7-micron pixels. On the other hand Sony IMX766 is 1/1.56-inch sensor with 1.0-micron native pixels. These pixels can grow to 2.0 microns with 4-in-1 binning.

Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup is showing up now and one of the renders has shown that Galaxy S22 Ultra resembles Galaxy Note phone with the S-Pen slot. The leaked dummy model was shown with different angles in a video. The 3D aluminum model is like Galaxy Note device but we can’t see S Pen cutout even though it is mentioned in the leaks.

It has been equipped with a P-shaped quad-camera setup on rear as well as rounded corners on every side. According to some previous leaks Galaxy S22 Ultra may have a 6.8-inch dual-curved display. The aluminum model resembles the previous renders and we can expect S22 Ultra to support this new look. According to some rumors this phone will be known as Note 22 Ultra and the other two phones would be S22 and S22 Pro.
