WhatsApp is working on slightly tweaked camera interface for its Android app. At the moment if you open built-in camera interface of messaging app, you get shutter button along with buttons to switch to front camera and jump into gallery. A button to toggle flash is located in top-right corner. In order to take a video, you are required to long press shutter button. This could be cumbersome in various scenarios since you required to continue holding shutter button while talking a video. WhatsApp is looking to change this behavior by adding a video mode to its built-in camera app, which can be accessed with right swipe on the viewfinder.

Elon Musk has finally bought Twitter with a $44 billion deal. Tesla CEO was seen entering into the Twitter headquarters with a sink on 26th October. He wants to add some crypto payments to platform, including a crypto wallet and more showcasing options for NFTs and NFT creators. The employees are concerned about their jobs. Elon Musk previously made it clear to cut down numerous employees by three quarters, so the morale is very low.

WhatsApp is planning to introduce the beta version of its latest update for the Android users which let you make audio as well as video calling easy for the users. This feature was announced earlier by the CEO of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg. However, it was disabled due to unknown reasons for Android as well as iOS users.

The newly introduced feature lets its users to create a call link and it is now finally available to be installed with latest version of WhatsApp. In order to know if the feature is enabled for your account, you need to go to the calls tab to see option to “create call link”. If you see the option, then it means you can start creating shareable link for the calls. You need to select if you want to make audio or video call. These calls can be converted to group call if joined by over two people. In addition to that, the calls are end-to-end encrypted and no one else can neither join them or listen to the contents of the call.

After so much time demanding for the edit option in Twitter, users have now get one but WhatsApp is still working on it. According to the reports, WhatsApp will provide the users up to 15 minutes to edit their messages after initial sharing. Once edited, the message will appear with a label making it crystal clear that it has been modified, just beside the timestamp showing when it was sent. The question remains that how it will sync between different devices, and what happens if the recipient is offline during the edit window, so you may have to wait for further insight.

Google Keep is a very handy tool which is used for keeping a track of quick little lists and notes on your phone. Google Keep is being enhanced greatly in order to make it more user friendly. Now it will have support for italicizing, bolding and underlining the text. You will have the option to select from few different font sizes.

It has got some in-develop markup changes which also has got few icons highlighting the effects. Google Keep will provide three font-size presets, rather than any kind of control. Now the main question that arises here is when Google might flip the switch and allow us start using these new text formatting options but at the moment none of them have proved accessible. Google could activate these remotely at the same time.
