Chrome 94 update has been released by Google for Android, iOS, Windows and Mac operating systems. This update will be rolled out over the coming days and it will bring new security features, new functionality and also bug fixes. IN the past Chrome update was released in every six weeks. The features include HTTPS-First mode that makes the users browsing more securely. Google has said that the 19 different security issues were fixed un the Chrome 94 version.
Chrome94 has introduced HTTPS-First mode and it is available in Chrome for the desktop systems and for Android. HTTPS is more secure than HTTP and many websites support it. With the latest update, the browser will show full-page warning when the user loads a site that does not support HTTPS. This will ensure the privacy when you use public Wi-Fi.
Chrome 94 lets Android tablets to host the desktop websites. It can also allow inactive tab groups to be frozen and automatically start Progressive Web Apps. It shows a refreshed UI on Android plus it shows updated table renders on webpages. Chrome 94 for the desktop is now getting 32 bug fixes and enhancements. There is a new feature that brought by Chrome 94 for desktops is sharing hub. It allows the users to copy the links, get QR code and also share to 3rd-party websites. The option to Send to your devices in just available for the ones who are signed-in.

Amazon has launched its next generation Kindle Paperwhite that has got a larger 6.5-inch display as well as USB Type-C charging. The newly introduced Kindle Paperwhite has been launched in two different models i.e. basic Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle Paperwhite Signature edition. The latter will be equipped with more storage soace of 32GB and it also includes auto-adjusting light sensor. In addition to the new Kindle Paperwhite, Amazon is also planning to host a hardware event on 28th September where they are going to unveil the new Echo devices and services.
Both newly introduced models come in Black colour option and it features 6.8-inch glare free display with 0.8-inch over 6-inch screen available on the existing Kindle Paperwhite. The display also include 10mm bezels along with flush-front design. The pixel density are not changed and it will have the same 300ppi count that is available on previous model. Amazon has said that it has enhanced the display with 10 percent additional brightness at maximum setting in order to provide comfortable experience. It has also got an adjustable warm light and white-on-black mode to allow the users read the books in both day and night time depending on their preferences. Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition has got auto-adjusting front light that adjusts display brightness automatically based on ambient lighting. When it comes to storage, Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition has got 32GB storage and the all-new regular Kindle Paperwhite has got 8GB storage.

OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9 users are getting new Xpan Mode. This mode has been designed for replicating the experience of using Hassleblad’s Xpan camera, provided the advantages of 35mm format together with capability of rapidly switching to full panorama without changing the film. In the Xpan Mode on OnePlus 9 phones one you have pressed the shutter, the frozen picture will appear first as the film negative that develop into final image. It offers new perspectives to pictures clicked on OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9.

Google is planning to add free TV channels to it’s Google TV platform in the coming days. Google TV is an Android based smart TV platform that runs on the Chromecast and select the smartTVs from TCL, Sony and many more. Google TV supports many streaming apps like Disney+ Hotstar, Netflix and many more.
According to some reports the free streaming channels could launch on Google TV in this fall or alongside its smart TV partners in 2022. With this addition, the owners of Chromecast will be able to browse the channels through dedicated Live TV menu. This menu is offering paid TV services like YouTube TV subscription service at the moment. The new free TV channels will be offered alongside these subscription-based live channels. These channels may have the look of any traditional and linear TV networks. Roku and Amazon have also followed Samsung’s footsteps to introduce live channels on their devices. Roku has added more than 200 free channels on their devices to its platform. Most of the today’s smart TV makers add free streaming channels as well as live TV easily.

Samsung Galaxy A73 has come up with 108MP primary sensor for rear camera. No other information is available at the moment about the rumored A-series smartphone from Samsung. Samsung has previously used 108MP sensor in the flagship smartphones in different iterations. It is still unclear whether Smasung will use any of the existing sensors in the upcoming Galaxy A73 or if it will use new 108MP sensor.
Samsung has come up with an ISOCELL HM3 sensor in Galaxy S21 Ultra. It has been equipped with 1/1.33-inch sensor with 0.8 nanometer-sized pixel. According to some reports Samsung will add optical image stabilization to entire 2022 lineup of Galaxy A-series. It has also included OIS feature for Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 smartphones from the A-series range of this year. It has also been reported that the Galaxy S22 Ultra will get updated 108MP sensor for the rear camera. The sensor will also be updated and enhanced with software optimization rather than any hardware change.

Oppo has introduced all the features of ColorOS 12 the latest version of its Android 12 based operating system. The new user interface layer will be included in the Oppo and OnePlus phones that are using ColorOS in China. Names of the devices which will get the new versions of ColorOS have also been revelaed. This new update has been equipped with a fresh design and enhanced privacy security features. It has got Quick View cards which can display each details about the applications in the card window in real time. It has also come up with new Android skin plus Oppo is also adding the facility to operate its phone through Windows 10 or 11 laptop.
When it comes to security, ColorOS 12 has come up with a new feature to get the notification in the status bar when apps activate the camera or microphone. The skin comes with 3D avatar feature which is called Omoji which can easily be customized. In order to operate the handset easily, ColorOS 12 has come up with new shortcuts as well. It includes click to switch to smaller window, double click to switch to full-screen and also the option to drag the corners for adjusting the size. This lets the users to manage smartphone better using with one hand. It also includes a new smart sidebar 2 which will let the users perform multitask. It has also been equipped with Oppo’s Quantum animation engine that brings enhanced animations to the software.
