OnePlus 10 Pro Will Come Up With The Smoothest Display You Will Ever See

The OnePlus lineup is going to launch earlier than the usual in a very tough competition. The flagship will be released in January 2022 and the CEO of the company has confirmed another feature of OnePlus 10 Pro.

OnePlus 10 Pro will be equipped with an LTPO 2.0 display which will bring a smoother experience than before in all the use cases. The LPTO displays will be provided by Samsung. Low-temperature polycrystalline oxide panels are special OLED displays that can dial down the refresh rate of the screen down to 1Hz and then raise it back to 120Hz dynamically. The phone’s display uses lesser power compared to standard high refresh rate OLEDs. We have not see LTPO 2.0’s enhancements in person but it will be better at saving the battery life and keeping the screen smoother. OnePlus 10 Pro will be equipped with a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate. It is empowered by new Qualcomm flagship, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC as well as a 5,000 mAh battery with 80W charging. It has got a triple camera setup on the back which include a 48MP primary camera, 50MP ultrawide camera and an 8MP telephoto shooter powered with 3x optical zoom.

Xiaomi is Planning to Launch Two Flagships on December 28

Xiaomi is planning to launch the 12 series of the smartphones in this week. It will be launched in China on 28th December. Earlier it was reported that three new phones will be released on this date. But now it has been confirmed from Xiaomi that only 2 flagships are launching on 28th December which will be Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro.

Both these devices has got slightly curved displays and it is reported that Xiaomi 12 will have less aggressive curves than the Mi 11 and slightly bigger bezels. There is a punch-hole selfie camera that has been placed in the center. Both the teams will have a 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC which is 10% faster than the SD888 on the Geekbench. Motorola Edge X30 was the first ever phone which was powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 phone but it is facing the overheating issues. People are hopeful that Xiaomi 12 will be better equipped for the heating issues.

A Rival is Coming for Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic Very Soon From Garmin

In the month of April, Garmin released Venu 2 and Venu 2S GPS with 10 to 11 days of the battery life. Now as the 2021 is near its end, there are reports that there is even more powerful Venu 2 Plus in the store. The report says there is a circular watch face design with 3 buttons on the side opposed to the two buttons or the rotating crown just like Apple Watch series 7. the additional button will be used as an extra function key.
The Venu 2 Plus borrows ragged bezel for some extra grip from all of its competitors. It is still not confirmed that whether the bezel is not rotatable or not. It also supports swappable watch bands, just like Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. It has also been revealed that the Garmin Venu 2 Plus uses 43mm stainless steel construction for its body, 50M water resistance and an unidentified Gorilla Glass for a very stronger display. One of the most highlighted features of Garmin Venu 2 Plus is its support for music. It also include GPS and multi-GNSS technology for accurate step tracking as well as navigation.

YouTube is planning to test a revamped channel interface

YouTube is planning you polish as well as clean up its Android app’s interface once again. They have recently added some cool and dynamic coloring experiments and some new fullscreen features. It finally got rid of the gray status bar. Now the latest test is the full redesign of the channel page.

According to some reports, the profile picture of the channel has moved front and center in the new look with the name right below it. In the redesign there is a red subscribe link (or a gray subscribed) along with the current numbers of the subscribers. Both of them were already visible in the old variant. With the new interface there are more details coming out like it shows you numerous published videos and also a truncated channel description. Tapping on it takes you to the About tab where you can read full text and get more details about the channel. Then there is a Join link that lets you become a paid channel member for exclusive content and it is more prominent in the redesign. The header has grown bigger but YouTube has managed to show you up to three recent videos. That is all because the company only shows small thumbnail of the newset video opposed to the big preview highlighting latest clip.

Facebook’s unnecessary Meta rebrand has reached Play Store

Facebook announcing its name change was the highlight of the year 2021. now the company itself is known as Meta, coinciding with the news of it’s focus on the metaverse. Now the new Meta name pop up across all the Facebook apps. All the app from the company now show on Play Store that they come from Meta Platforms, Inc.
It has been spotted that the Meta-made apps which include WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are displaying Meta Platforms as their developer, rather than Facebook. From now on, all if the company’s Android apps will be found under this new name. Meta is trying its level best to convince the people that they are more than just an evil social media corporation. They want people to believe that metaverse will be something people are looking for. From now on if you are looking for any Facebook application, you will find it under Meta.

Google Photos has brought Memories to web users

Google is planning to roll out its Memories features to Photos on web. It is a very popular addition to the mobile apps since its launch in 2019. the feature initially highlighted the photos and videos in a Timehop-meets-Instagram-Stories- style but it soon expanded to add the spotlights on some particular people, trips, pets as well as recent highlights. The newly introduced roll-out was first seen by a German language smartDroid and it has been confirmed by various different AP writers.
Now in the newly introduced feature for web, users will be able to see a carousel of the memories that when will be clicked once will reveal familiar stories interface spending 10 seconds on every photo or video before moving to the next. The New Moto Edge X30 from Motorola is Reportedly Overheating

It has been reported that the latest flagship SoC of Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is overheating the Moto Edge X30, the first ever phone to use the chipset. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 has come up with a 20% boost over the last generation, the Snapdragon 888 but this one comes at some cost. The report suggests that Motorola phones are running the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 are getting very hot. It has also been warned that 2022 is going to be very hot year for Android phones because of the new chipset. Despite the new aluminum alloy frame, the overheating is still happening. The aluminum alloy frame was designed with the thermal conductivity in mind. The company has promised that the things will be much cooler but it wont be the case either.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 has been based on Samsung’s 4nm manufacturing process and ARM’s v9 architecture which is very highly power efficient. The extra processing power may be the cause behind the overheating issue.
