Huawei launched a foldable phone i.e. Mate X in 2019 and it has also received two successor phones. But now Huawei is planning to launch a new foldable phone which will be similar to Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. According to some reoprts, Huawei clamshell foldable will be known as Mate V where the letter V is indicating the folding design. This foldable phonewill be empowered by the Kirin 9000 chip which is not a surprise as it is the most powerful chip created by Huawei’s in-house chip-making division i.e. HiSilicon.
Huawei Mate X2 supports both 5G and LTE. Due to the US ban, Huawei is unable to use 5G technology in it’s smartphones and it can also not sell it anywhere. We can also see Huawei Mate V in the next product launch event which will kick off on 21st October. We can also expect to see some other major announcement at the upcoming launch like Mate 50 lineup but it is not confirmed yet.

Nokia is Expected to Launch New Tablet on October 6
HMD Global is planning for the product launch for October 6 where we can have a look at some new Nokia devices. One of these devices include brand new tablet. It has been reported that the upcoming Nokia tablet will be called T20. It is said to be an affordable tablet with 10.36-inch display and also a Unisoc chipset with 4GB RAM as well as 64GB storage. It will also be equipped with Android 11 and it will come up in 4G as well as Wi-Fi only models.
The T20 tablet is going to be Nokia’s second attempt at tablet after 6 years. Last time Nokia came up with a tablet which was launched in 2015. Apart from the tablet, Nokia will also come up with Nokia G50. This smartphone will be a cheap 5G handset which will be empowered by Snapdragon 480 5G. It will also be equipped with a 4,850mAh battery. As for as camera is concerned it will be equipped with a 48MP camera setup. The smartphone are expected to launch on 11th Novermber.
The Design of Samsung Galaxy Ultra S22 has been leaked with S-Pen slot
We have seen the early first look of S22 Ultra which shows the unique camera design plus it has brought the proof of how Samsung might wipe out the Note series. S22 Ultra has got resemblance to Galaxy Note device it’s corners are flat and it’s display has got a very symmetrical look. It has also got an S-Pen slot located at the bottom which may be a hint that Samsung is getting rid of the Note series.
Samsung S22 Ultra will be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery. As for as cameras is concern, it has got a quad-camera setup which S22 Ultra have borrowed the hardware from S21 Ultra. The camera layout is identical but this time in smaller P-shaped cutout unlike any other phone of past. It looks like the punch-hole front camera will be the same. Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S21 series in the first quarter of 2022 which may include Galaxy S22, the S22+ and S22 Ultra.
AMD and MediaTek join hands to Co-Develop Smartphnone Chips
AMD and MediaTek also planning to team up again and this time have joined hands for creating a joint venture which will let AMD to grow in the smartphone market. With this partnership, MediTek will be able to combine it’s efficient CPU cores with the AMD’s RDNA2 graphics structure. This will let MediaTek chips to support ray tracing as well as variable-rate shading. Samsung is working on it for its next stage of Exynos chipset though it is still not confirmed when will these chips release.
The partnership between AMD and MediaTek will develop customized SoC solutions for the smartphones like enhanced 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi resources and also connectivity for the large data transferring modems. Both AMD and MediaTek have worked before but for AMD’s WiFi network modality chip, the RZ608. The chip was renamed MediaTek MT7921K. These chips were used in first few laptops with integrated WiFi. If the reports of this joint venture is true then this would likely extend AMD’s growth in the entry-level marketspace of MediaTek. Both the companies have not confirmed about this joint venture yet.
Oppo K9 Pro is all set to launch with 6.43-Inch AMOLED Display and 60W fast charging
Oppo K9 is about to launch on 26th September in China and Oppo has listed all the keys specifications of the smartphone just ahead of the launch. This smartphone will be equipped with a 120Hz refresh rate display and also HDR10 support. It will also be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. It will be empowered with a 4,500mAh battery with 60W fast charging support. Along with Oppo K9 Pro, Oppo Watch Free as well as Oppo Smart TV K9 on 26th September.
Oppo has said that with the use of latest technology, Oppo K9 Pro can be charged from 0 to 50% in only 16 minutes. It also carries smart five core safety protection in order to ensure safety while charging overnight. When it comes to camera setup it has been equipped with a triple rear camera setup but the details regarding sensors have not been shared by Oppo. In connectivity, Oppo K9 Pro provides 5G, Wi-Fi6 and NFC. It measures 8.5mm in thickness and it weighs 180grams.
WhatsApp is Developing on Cashback Feature for Payments Push and various features for Group Chat
WhatsApp is thinking about enabling the cashback for marketing its payments features , adding the feature to create icons for the groups instantly and redesigning the group info page/ all the features are under the development and are currently not available for beta testers at the moment. The cashback feature showed Rs. 10 cashback to the users on various transactions that will be credited after 48hrs.
According to some reports WhatsApp will notify the users that they can easily earn the cashback on their next payment. Users may receive up to Rs 10 cashback on their payment but the value may change upon release of the feature. In the WhatsApp for Android beta version 2.21.20.2 the company is developing a new group icon editor feature. This will let the users to create icons for groups instantly. Users can also select the background colour of the icon as well plus the users can also place the emojis and sticker can not be seen yet but are likely to be integrated in future. The company is also working on redesigning group info page to introduce call buttons and chat. The new design will bring bigger buttons for chat, audio as well as video calls.
Chrome 94 has been released for Android, Linux, Windows and macOS
Chrome 94 update has been released by Google for Android, iOS, Windows and Mac operating systems. This update will be rolled out over the coming days and it will bring new security features, new functionality and also bug fixes. IN the past Chrome update was released in every six weeks. The features include HTTPS-First mode that makes the users browsing more securely. Google has said that the 19 different security issues were fixed un the Chrome 94 version.
Chrome94 has introduced HTTPS-First mode and it is available in Chrome for the desktop systems and for Android. HTTPS is more secure than HTTP and many websites support it. With the latest update, the browser will show full-page warning when the user loads a site that does not support HTTPS. This will ensure the privacy when you use public Wi-Fi.
Chrome 94 lets Android tablets to host the desktop websites. It can also allow inactive tab groups to be frozen and automatically start Progressive Web Apps. It shows a refreshed UI on Android plus it shows updated table renders on webpages. Chrome 94 for the desktop is now getting 32 bug fixes and enhancements. There is a new feature that brought by Chrome 94 for desktops is sharing hub. It allows the users to copy the links, get QR code and also share to 3rd-party websites.
